History
We have been serving Lexington and adjacent areas since 1966. Connie Holmes founded Sullivan and Holmes Insurance and Real Estate along with her father Connie Sullivan. In 1994 The company continued with 3rd generation owner as Southern Classic Realty/Better Homes and Gardens. In 1996 when Better Homes and Gardens was sold to GMAC Real Estate, Lona Pierce changed the name of her company to Pierce Properties/GMAC Real Estate.
