History
We have been serving Lexington and adjacent areas since 1966. Connie Holmes founded Sullivan and Holmes Insurance and Real Estate along with her father Connie Sullivan. The company retired its license in 1982. But in 1987, Connie's daughter Lona entered the real estate business and in 1994, founded her own company originally known as Southern Classic Realty/Better Homes and Gardens. No local company has the experience to rival this well respected, successful business.
